The average asking price for homes for sale in Colonialtown in June 2010 was $284,000. The average price for homes that sold was $189,000! There was an average price per square foot of $122.
We are faring better in our neighborhood compared to Central and Southern Orlando (zip codes 32801-32809, 32812, 32827, 32839). For that larger area the average asking price in June 2010 was $287,000, the average sold price was $151,000 and the average price per square foot was $98.
