In Colonialtown (32803) in June 2010, there were 260 homes for sale, 46 homes pending and 24 homes sold. In June 2009, there were 247 homes for sale, 25 homes pending and 18 homes sold. As you can see, pending sales and homes sold increased slightly. But there is still a significant inventory of homes for sale.
